A sitz bath is a warm, therapeutic bath used to heal and cleanse the area around the perineum (the space between the genitals and anus) which fits snugly over a standard toilet seat.
- Unfold, clean the bidet and place on the toilet
- There are 2 holes design at the bottom of the bidet. The nozzle is for the perineum flushing and the other nozzle is for anus flushing.
- the temperature should not be too high to avoid burns.
- Sitz bath/ steam for 15minutes. You can squeeze the irrigator to rinse.
